My Christmas Ballet Open House Dance

Yesterday, Dec. 7, was my Open House Techniques Class in Ballet. It was like a regular practice day but our parents watched how we are taught the Royal Academy of Dance way. Or how Ballet is danced the British way (RAD).



But today, Dec. 8, is my Christmas Ballet Concert Open House. I danced "Forget About Love" from "Aladdin 2 - The Return Of Jafar". The one who sang it in the movie was the bad parrot of Jafar named Iago. I wore a pretty pink shirt and lilac skirt. It was a beautiful party dress. (My ballet teacher told us to wear any party dress).



My mom curled my hair the night before. So I had to sleep with bendy curlers in my hair! The next day, it was so pretty! I chose a rhinestone-starry headband to go with my hair. My mom put a sparkly blue clip on my hair also. Look at how my curls looks from behind...



Back home, I practiced doing the Ballet split. Look at how I do it... I am still learning how to do it properly and correctly. I'm still not so good with it, but I am getting there! (And look who is that furry kid beside me sniffing my leg!)

Mellow Yellow Monday #6

Today, I practiced my Christmas ballet dance from 5:30 until 7:00. When I got home from my ballet school, I was sooo tired! I rested a bit. While I was resting, I put on my favorite blanket. And that is what my Mellow Yellow Monday is all about! I like the design. It has stars and moons and the cutest thing about it -- teddy bears!! The blankie is very big and thick, so when it is very cold, I am still warm. Here is a picture of it: (Spot the yellow!)

I Cooked Today!

Today, I am gonna tell you about the food I cooked for my homeschooling. My dad and mom helped me out.

1.Breakfast
Our breakfast today was sausage and Spanish Omelette. I was the one who cracked the eggs and beat them. I opened the sausage can with a can opener. It was hard, but I know someday I will become a master in the subject of cooking!

2.Lunch
Our lunch was Potato Beef Croquettes. It was yummy! I was the one who mashed the potatoes and my mom wrapped-rolled it with the meat inside and I was the one who rolled it in bread crumbs.

The picture on the left shows me eating it. Yum Yum! I was also the one who fried the Croquettes. Next time, I'm gonna bake with my mom. We are such a team! Including Milkshake who "steals" whatever ingredients fall under the table. That is exactly why we call her "Super Snout" or "Lightning Lips".

Mellow Yellow Monday #5

This is my picture for this Monday. My mom took this picture for me, when I was in my orthodontist's clinic, and while my Facemask was being worn on me. That is where my mom and dad waited for me. See, even my doctor has a yellow clinic! It's my favorite color!

Why I Am Homeschooling

I am homeschooling for 24 days already. My mom said that's a little more than 3 weeks since the start of November.

I am homeschooling because I have to wear this appliance that will push back my chin. If my chin doesn't get pushed back, I will look like a witch with a long, long, long chin. These are my subjects: Devotions, English, Math, Filipino, and Science. My teacher mom teaches me.

I'm sure God has a reason my chin is like this.

Before, my dentist's (#1) clinic was far, far away from my house. So my parents looked for a dentist near our house.

They found a dentist who is the dentist of my cousins. Then this dentist (#2) checked my teeth and my jaw. Then she saw that I needed a Facemask.

We went to another dentist for a second opinion. That dentist (#3) is the dad of my ballet classmate. He said I needed a Chin cup, not a Facemask! We didn't know what I am supposed to have because they said different things!

So we looked for a third opinion. We went back to that dentist (#1 again) who has a clinic so far away from our house. She said a Chin cup is more painful than a Facemask. And what I need is a Facemask.

But we prayed a lot so that God will help us not get confused. So Facemask it is!!! We asked God for the right answer. And we got it!!

I think God made my chin like this so we can have a very special dentist: The one who said I needed a Facemask is also a Christian! She goes to the same church where we go to.

God is really good!!!

Today, my mom helped me take a picture of my Mellow Yellow photo for Monday.

My mom and dad store all their office things (glue, scotch tape, paper clips) in that Disney drawer. Guess who are those characters!

They're baby Mickey Mouse, baby Minnie Mouse, baby Donald Duck, and puppy Pluto (the pet dog of Mickey).

Donald is the one who I find the funniest in the shows "Good Morning Mickey", "Donald Duck Presents", "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse", and other shows starring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto.

Mellow Yellow Monday #3

This is a picture of my Mellow Yellow Monday #3. Im holding one of my favorite books sent by my grandma in America. The name of the book is "What Happens When I Talk To God - The Power Of Prayer For Boys And Girls". My grandma sent a photocopy of the book. So I can color It!!! It's more than just photos with no color, it's like a Bible coloring book for children. Here I am holding the book. Spot the splash of yellow for today!

Milkshake's Birthday

YIIIIPPPPEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Today is my furry little sista's birthday! Milkshake is now a 1 year old dog! The family's gift for her is a ball. When you roll the ball, food with fall out! Milkshake looooves food and loooooooooooooooooooooooves balls! (she loves balls so much that she learned how to play soccer with my big brother) So, that's gonna be the best gift! When this day, November 9 came, I was jumping and running around in circes and screaming "HAPPY BIRTHDAY,MILKSHAKE!!" Milkshake was playing with me. When I started running in circles, she chased me all around the room! She kept on "yelling," "Arf! Arf! GRRRRRRR-ARF!"

My Pretty Earrings And Me!

This is a picture of the earrings my mom and I made! We made earrings according to the colors of the rainbow. Plus four more other colors. All in all we made 10 pretty colors: Red, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, brown, and black! They are beautiful! My mom and I made it out of crystal, and wooden beads used for bracelets, necklaces, and other jewelry. I loooooove them all!

New Blog Backround, and a Special Birthday!!!

Oooooooh!!! I got a new backround for my blog! It's called "Fashionista" by Gina Cabrera. I found it in a website named ShabbyBlogs. There are also decorations and blinkies there!!!

YAAAAAAHHHHHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Today is my Big Brother's birthday!! I made a gift for him yesterday. His favorite colors are green and blue. My gift is a card. I colored it with green and blue. The crayons I used is Crayola. I really like making crafts. It's soooo fun!

I thank God for another great special birthday!! My brother turned 12. God created him from a little baby, to a kind child, to a Christian tween!!!

We went to SM IMAX to watch "Legend of the Guardians- The Owls Of Ga'hoole" in 3D. It was great! Before the movie started, There was a cartoon named "Roadrunner". It was hilarious!!! I ate popcorn and doughnuts while watching.

We ate in Sbarro and I had Baked Ziti with cream sauce and parmesan cheese. It's yummy! Yesterday, my brother said that we were gonna eat at Johnny Rockets. But he changed his mind about it and wanted Sbarro instead. So that is where we ate today! Johnny Rockets had got to wait!

After we ate, we saw a petshop!! We bought a gift for Milkshake! Her birthday is on November 9 and she will turn 1 year old! Her gift is a ball where you can put food inside and when the ball rolls, food will come out!
